RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. CAN I EXCHANGE THE ITEM?

An exchange or return is applicable only when there is size issue from our end and cleared pictures with measuring tape is mandatory.

As per our exchange/refund policy, please note that the parcel must be dispatched back to our warehouse within 3 days of delivery and must be received by us within 7 days. Parcels received beyond this timeframe will be returned without any compensation.

Once we receive the item(s) at our warehouse, they will undergo a quality check. Items must be in their original condition, with tags and barcodes intact. After successful quality clearance, a coupon code will be issued.

Important Points:

No direct exchanges will be processed; only a coupon code will be provided.

The coupon code can be used to place a new order at the current price.

Product availability is subject to stock availability at the time of re-order.

Exchanges are only applicable for size-related issues.

Customer will have to pay all shipping expenses in this case.


· Please note that you cannot apply for a return or exchange if the items have any stains, emit, body odors, perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains.

2. CAN I GET CASH REFUND INSTEAD?
Mehak Yakqoob does not offer any cash refunds. We do offer online store credit (Coupon) or the chance to exchange your product for another, depending on the situation.

3. CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN SALE ITEMS?
Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned once purchased.
